The loss of mobile phones and PDAs in London

London is the European business city par excellence. This involves many peculiarities of the city, as the large number of phones and PDAs lost in taxis.
Over the past six months, users of taxis have been left 55,843 cell phones and other handheld devices in 6193 their seats.
Fortunately for users of taxis in London, recovering 80% of the aircraft, unlike in New York where they recovered 66%. A pity that even studies on the subject appearing in cities such as Madrid or Barcelona, where the chances of recovering an electronic device to hopefully reach 45%.
The industry is aware of the ease in which devices are lost they can accommodate large number of personal documents and working in the hands of the competition can be deadly for companies. Therefore, we are studying ways of encrypting the data from these devices or a more robust password protection but more easy for the user.
