Mediapro plans to launch a channel that will offer football to pay the 16 most interesting encounters of each month at a price to be around euro per game. The channel will be seen through the platforms of cable or DTT, and deliver a 24-hour information and abstracts. However, the managing director of Telecinco, Paolo Vasile, the government has called a moratorium of at least five years before it raises the possibility of opening this door to the DTT payment.
The current law prevents such emissions, although the production company Mediapro has announced this launch in the coming months, which nuntriría of football and Formula 1 racing.
Vasile veto proposed five years the DTT pay-per-view that this is the time when the contracts expire in chains with major movie studios in Holywood and the holders of the rights to broadcast sports events.
