    The animals of the future in Futuroscope

    16 Los animales del futuro en Futuroscope In recent years Futuroscope is in full transformation. In 2003, bottomed out the number of visitors to the park, but since then have not stopped increasing expectations for the future. In order to increase the number of visitors have been prepared as new attractions, including one called "The animals of the future" will open in April 2008 and will use a technology called "augmented reality". The principle of the attraction is inserted inside decorated in 3D real animals that interact with the public.

    Visitors will be equipped with sophisticated 3D glasses (not the role of patent leather!) And a sensor in his hand. He then boarded a vehicle for 12 places and 4 will travel different decors where they were provided at least 4 species of animals such as turtles, dinosaurs, monkeys and futuristic aquatic animals (although some of them seem prehistoric). Visitors can even feed the animals, thanks to virtual recruiters.

    Each wagon will have its own hardware augmented reality to treat the information received (position of the glasses and recruiters) and disseminate the video footage suitable for glasses obtaining 3D images that the user is at the center of action.
